Snakes
Here are some of the snakes we have available for adoption.

Hendrix (Common boa)
Hendrix is one of many boas here at the centre. He is currently around five feet in length and has a good weight. During the height of the COVID-19 lockdown he spent some time with one of our volunteers due to his temperament. Since moving back in, Hendrix is a lot better with handling however there is still room for improvement.

Sparky (Royal python)
Meet Sparky! This handsome fella has been here for quite some time now. He was brought into the centre after being found abandoned in a cardboard box, which was thankfully found by a member of the public. When he arrived here, Sparky was underweight, however he has since gained and looks a lot better.
Rocky (Hog island boa)
Estimated to be at least five years old, this Hog island boa came to us after the previous owner could now longer provide the care needed. Rocky is around five feet in length and can be a little viv defensive whilst in the enclosure. When out the enclosure Rocky is a lot better with being handled. We are looking with someone who has experience with boas or pythons.

Lazarus (Royal python)
This cheeky python is named Lazarus and you often see him exploring his surroundings. Although he can be a little nervous when handled; he is a placid animal and with the right people he will get better over time. We are currently feeding weekly to help him put on a bit more weight.
