Rocky's Story
Rocky is a royal python - our second most surrendered species here at proteus.
He is approximately 10 years old and is a nervous feeder. He came to us after his owner had a change in circumstances.
We have been taking the time to improve his weight and confidence in being a snake! As the pictures show, he is now doing wonderfully and has stepped up to be our royal python ambassador for our charity; raising awareness for this beautiful species so often surrendered and helping us educate the public and adopters alike on their needs.
Why Rocky needs your sponsorship
With the sponsorship money raised for Rocky, not only will it go towards his day to day costs such as electric, heat, equipment etc but we hope to provide Rocky with a showstopper vivarium fully decked out to demonstrate high quality set ups for our lovely adopters.
